Boutique Manager (M/F)

Missions

  • Responsibility for the economic and qualitative results of your boutique (clothing, beauty cares, fashion accessories)
  • Ability to listen and adjust to the client’s needs
  • Organization of your boutique and the administration of the stock
  • Application of Club Med’s merchandising rules and standards
  • Creation of events (fashion shows, clearance sales, promotions…) to boost sales
  • Management of an international sales team (2 to 10 persons)
  • Integration of your team members within the Village’s team and identification of further needs in training and courses to accompany the improvement of their skills
  • Managing the budget while achieving target

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility from 4 months minimum
  • Working experience of at least 2 years as a boutique manager or in the fashion department.
  • Big experience in organization and management necessary
  • Fluent English mandatory, other foreign languages a plus (Chinese, Korean, French…)

Japanese season contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective).  Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med (partly on your expense) and other advantages connected with our Club Med group.
