Bar Manager (M/F)

Missions

  • Supervising the bar team by transmitting the guidelines and the priorities to the team: staff organization, bar logistics, respect to the material, supervision of the bar
  • Put forward the bar services and ensure a personalised service to our guests
  • Organization and coordination of your team by giving them seasonal goals and by supervising their attitude and behaviour in cohesion with the Club Med standards
  • Participation to optimize the budgets of your services by handling the expenses and by improving the profitability of your service so that it can become a profitable source
  • Guarantee the quality of the bar services and abide by hygiene and safety rules
  • Integrating your team members within the Village’s team: identifying their needs and organizing training sessions for them to gain competence

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility from 4 months
  • Professional bartending experience in high volume service
  • Experience in the function and in the management of a team required
  • Conversial English complusory, other foreign languages a plus

Japanese season contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med (partly on your expense) and other advantages connected with our Club Med group.
