Missions

  • Ensuring the respect to the Club Med standards as well as the hygiene and safety regulations
  • Responsibility for the development of creative and diversified events in your activity
  • Management of the Mini Club team
  • Responsibility for the further personal development of your team members through training and courses

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility from 4 months
  • Childcare diploma required
  • Working experience in childcare supervision as well as in team management mandatory
  • CPR & First Aid preferred
  • Conversational English compulsory, another foreign language a plus

Japanese season contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med (partly on your expense) and other advantages connected with our Club Med group.
