Tour Desk Staff / Coordinator (M/F)

Missions

  • Selling and boosting all the products related to the excursions department through the  promotion of the beauty and richness of the region and thecountry where the resort is located and promoting cultural events in the Club
  • Being attentive to the clients, their needs and their expectations in order to gain regular customers
  • Accompaniing and animating the optinonal tours
  • Taking into account customers’ comments and suggestions and transmit them to your manager
  • Ensuring the respect of hygiene and safety procedures in the village and during excursions
     

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility from 4 months minimum
  • Experience leading tours compulsory
  • CPR & First Aid knowledge preferred
  • Excellent ability to talk in public
  • Fluent English ability mandatory, other foreign languages a plus

Japanese season contract. Accommodation and meals provided by the Club Med (partly on your expense)  and other advantages connected with our Club Med group.
