Spa Manager (M/F)

Missions

  • Insuring the spa offer by respecting the Club Med standards
  • Responsibility for the economic and qualitative results of the spa by developing a sales strategy that is adapted to the marketing and merchandising principles of Club Med
  • Guaranteeing the quality of the services, the client satisfaction and their loyalty
  • Analysis of the local competition in order to have the best possible positioning in the market
  • Administration of the planning for the treatments and for the organization of your team
  • Optimizing the organization of the spa and your team (administration of the stock, team schedule, etc.)
  • Management and development of your team members by training and courses
  • Responsible for the publicity of your activity in the village
     

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility for a period of one year minimum
  • 2 year technical degree in cosmetics preferred
  • 2-year-experience minimum as spa manager
  • Good knowledge of different kinds of treatments
  • Fluent English compulsory (especially technical vocabulary), knowledge of another foreign language a plus

Japanese season contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective). Accommodation and meals provided by the Club Med (partly on your expense)  and other advantages connected with our Club Med group.
