Front desk Manager (M/F)

Missions

  • Management of a team of 6 to 15 people
  • Responsibility for the economic and qualitative results of the reception department (respect of budgets)
  • Application of Club Med’s quality standards as well as hygiene and safety rules
  • Promotion of internal sales (B&B, meals, stays)
  • Responsibility for the integration of your team members within the Village’s team and for their development by training and courses
  • Responsibility for producing weekly reports to the headquater

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility for a period of 4 months
  • Diploma in Tourism or Hotel Service preferred
  • 2 years experience minimum in the job
  • IT skills
  • Fluent English mandatory, other foreign language a plus (Chinese, French, Korean…)

Japanese season contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective).  Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med (partly on your expense) and other advantages connected with our Club Med group.
