Planning / Front Desk Agent (M/F)

Missions

  • Assigning the rooms according to the sales contract optimising the bed occupation, the meals and the transfers
  • Edit the occupation expectations and communicate them to the services of the Village
  • Prepare the arrivals/departures and relay the information to all the services of the Village
  • Stimulate local sales, and ensure the follow up and control (guests, B&B, meals, transfers)
  • Relay all financial information to the financial service (number of clients, arrivals/departures, local sales…)
  • Treat the comments and particulat requests asked by our clients
  • Application of Club Med standards and respect hygiene and security procedures
  • Accompany and train the receptionists in their daily tasks
     

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility for a period of 4 months
  • Diploma in Tourism or Hotel Service preferred
  • Experience in the job required
  • IT skills
  • Business level English
