Transport Staff / Front Desk Agent (M/F)

Missions

  • Tailor the arrival/departure program and submit it to your Front Desk Manager for validation
  • Organize the welcome and transfer facilities of our clients and relay the information to the rest of the village
  • Welcome the clients as they arrive and assist them for their departure
  • Be in contact with the airport authorities (customs, police…), airplane companies and the local travel agencies
  • Attend to the comments and specific requests of our clients (luggage, flight changes …)
  • Application of Club Med standards and respect hygiene and security procedures
  • Accompany and train the receptionists in their daily tasks
  • Manage costs for transportation
  • Communicate with local suppliers

Profiles

  • Availability and international mobility for a period of 4 months
  • Diploma in international industry preferred
  • Experience in the job required
  • IT skills
  • English ability
