Assistant Executive Chef (M/F)


  • Assisting the Executive Chef and substituting him/her when necessary
  • Administration of the orders and the goods in collaboration with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager
  • Managing a team of 15 people minimum
  • Supervising and attending the buffets
  • Respecting Club Med standards and applying hygiene and safety procedure


  • Availability and mobility for atleast 4 months
  • Cooking certificate compulsory
  • Experience and management experience mandatory
  • Skills for both hot and cold buffets (catering)
  • English ability compulsory

Japanese season contract. Possibility to advance to a position as Executive Chef. Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med (partly on your expense) and other advantages connected with our Club Med group.
