  • Serving, decorating and supervising the restocking of the cold and hot buffets
  • Management of a kitchen team (minimum 4 people)
  • Being responsible for the larder
  • Respecting and applying hygiene and safety procedures


  • Availability and mobility for 4 months minimum
  • Cooking certificate compulsory
  • Experience and management experience preferred
  • Skills for both hot and cold buffets (catering)
  • English knowledge preferred
