Human Resources Manager (M/F)


  • Guarantee the respect of the legal and social obligations
  • Ensure all the administration concerning the personnal (pay, contract…) and optimize payroll
  • Drive and manage the integration procedures, evaluate and identify future potential
  • Plan and excute all recruitment activity for G.E positions 
  • Accompany the managers in the management of their teams
  • Intergrate your co-workers within the village’s team and identify their needs for training  so as to help them to improve and gain competence
  • Responsible for cost and head count management


  • Available and international mobility for a period of 4 months
  • Diploma in Human Resources preferred
  • Experience and management in the function required
  • IT skills required
  • Fluent English mandatory, knowledge of another foreign language a plus

Japanese season contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective).  Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med (partly on your expense) and other advantages connected with our Club Med group.
