  • Arrivals and departures (check-in and check-out)

  • Sales promotion (stay, meals, B&B)
  • Organising and taking part in cultural events for guests
  • Translating information documents and notices
  • Making speeches (information conferences, presentation of shows and events, etc)


  • Availability and international mobility from 4 months minimum
  • Diploma in international travel industry preferred
  • Working experience mandatory
  • IT skills
  • Bilingual English and Japanese mandatory, other foreign languages a plus (Chinese, French, Korean…)
